Gregg Lerner is the Co-Managing Partner for Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman and has a general transactional practice currently focusing primarily on private equity transactions, representing both private equity investors and management. Mr. Lerner has been selected for inclusion by Law & Politics in Super Lawyers® 2008 New York Edition for having attained the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. He also received this designation in 2007. Mr. Lerner graduated from Amherst College, cum laude, in 1978 and from New York University School of Law in 1982.
