Lenin Gross directs LDANYC’s Career Transitions program and is the organization’s job developer and job coach.  He has a broad professional background in economics, marketing, business management, human resources, and social services, is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and speaks some Polish, Italian, and Russian.  Lenin holds a bachelor of science degree with a major in Economics and International Finance.
